Showroom Manager – Lead with Excellence in Outdoor Furniture Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Showroom Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and cultivate a customer-centric environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader with a passion for team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a high-performing retail sales team
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation
  • Develop team members through consistent coaching, feedback, and performance recognition
  • Drive sales results through effective merchandising and customer engagement strategies
  • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies
  • Build a book of Business in commercial sales in the community

Compensation & Structure
  • Guaranteed base salary of $50,000–$55,000 for the first 3 months of employment
  • Base, Commission, Override, and performance-based bonuses available thereafter
  • Predictable schedule with no overnight shifts or excessive administrative demands

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales leadership, preferably in high-touch or premium environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales objectives
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Largo, FL, for company events
