We are seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehab or Sports Medicine Physician to join our medical practice in the Dover and Millsboro, DE area. We value our patients and truly want to listen to them and offer comprehensive care, scheduling new patient appointments for 30-45 minute blocks and follow-up appointments in 30-minute time frames.
Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a comprehensive team to provide the best care possible. The Physician will split coverage between our two offices, working 2 days per week in Dover and Millsboro, DE.
Our medical office provides high-quality integrated healthcare for neuro-musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. We offer extensive diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation services managed by a team of compassionate professionals, aiming for optimal patient outcomes. We are leaders in care delivery for personal injury and workers' compensation cases, with a track record of returning patients to pre-injury activity levels quickly. We are committed to doing the right thing, serving as a good corporate citizen, and integrating ESG considerations into our business practices. Our mission benefits our employees and communities.
Part-time (2-3 days per week), no call or weekends. Salary ranges from $175 to $200 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
