Secretary/Front Desk Associate
Moore Moadeb & Associates, Inc.

Moore Moadeb is hiring a full-time Secretary to join its Pacific Palisades team.

Boutique CPA accounting office in Pacific Palisades, CA

Seeking a polished, energetic Secretary, organized and logical, to work with the public in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate will be friendly yet professional, maintain composure under pressure, has excellent judgment and ability to prioritize, and must have outstanding phone manner.

Duties:
• Multitasking and prioritizing evolving responsibilities
• Manage reception of clients
• Juggle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a bright and professional manner
• Oversee Managing Partner’s e-mail inbox and calendar, print documents
• Schedule meetings
• Bill clients, track invoices, and collect payments
• Draft letters
• Compile and mail correspondence
• High volume of filing and recordkeeping, with scanning, copying, database upkeep
• Office tasks such as printer maintenance, scheduling service calls, ordering supplies, sorting mail
• Handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:
• Minimum one year’s experience in an office, including internship experience
• Prior CPA office experience preferred, not required

Position Type:
Full-Time/Regular position

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package including two weeks paid vacation which increases with tenure

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 to start
