Job Title: Amazon Fulfillment Coordinator – Medical Products

Location: Buford

Reports to: Fulfillment Manager / Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Amazon Fulfillment Coordinator with experience in the medical products industry . In this role, you will manage the end-to-end fulfillment operations for Amazon orders, ensuring compliance with medical product handling standards and Amazon’s FBA/FBM requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence in healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Amazon order processing, packaging, and shipping of medical products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure all fulfillment practices comply with FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams or 3PL providers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and secure storage conditions for sensitive medical supplies.
  • Maintain and update product listings in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accuracy of SKUs, batch tracking, and expiration dates where applicable.
  • Monitor Amazon FBA and FBM operations to ensure adherence to Amazon policies and medical product guidelines.
  • Track and resolve order discrepancies, including damaged or expired goods, shipping errors, and customer returns.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure product traceability and reporting compliance.
  • Prepare performance reports, identify fulfillment inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Support operational readiness during product launches, seasonal promotions, and public health emergencies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Order Accuracy Rate: 99%+ of medical orders shipped without errors.
  • On-Time Fulfillment Rate: 99%+ of orders shipped within Amazon SLA.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain 98%+ stock accuracy with expiration and batch tracking.
  • Order Defect Rate (ODR): Remain below 1% as required by Amazon, with a focus on safe and correct medical deliveries.
  • Return/Recall Resolution Time: Process within 24–48 hours in accordance with health compliance protocols.
  • Compliance Rate: 100% adherence to FDA and industry handling requirements.
  • Cold Chain (if applicable) Integrity: 100% of temperature-sensitive shipments remain within specified ranges.
  • Audit Readiness: Pass internal/external audits with no major findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, ideally with Amazon and medical or regulated products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare product handling, labeling, and compliance.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, inventory systems, and shipping platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report generation tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards.
  • Experience managing cold-chain logistics or sensitive healthcare shipments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, ShipStation, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with QA, customer service, and logistics teams.
