Mission Overview:

Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in regulatory reporting to lead a major transformation initiative. The role will focus on Federal Reserve reporting requirements such as FR Y-15 , FR 2052a , and CCAR , with a strong emphasis on data quality, governance, and controls . The consultant will play a key role in overseeing several workstreams and ensuring delivery across departments.

Program Governance & PMO:

• Drive the overall project strategy and execution across multiple regulatory reporting streams.
• Organize and lead Steering Committees and project governance forums.
• Establish and manage project working groups with clearly defined objectives and responsibilities.
• Build and track the overall project plan , including dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Define and monitor KPIs and KRIs , escalating issues and delays proactively.
• Manage the project budget and ensure transparency across individual streams.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to align deliverables with business goals.
• Ensure each workstream is structured with clear milestones and accountability.
• Track progress across streams and provide consolidated reporting to senior leadership.
• Raise alerts on delays or risks that could impact interdependent project areas.
• Directly animate and coordinate critical streams where leadership is required.

Requirements:

• Experienced Program Director with major experience in Investment Banking
• Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory reporting programs for U.S. banking institutions.
• Familiarity with key U.S. regulatory reports: FR Y-15 , FR 2052a , CCAR , etc.
• Strong background in project remediation, implementation, or tool deployment in the regulatory space.
• Independent, structured, and critical thinker with the ability to manage complexity.
• Proficient in Jira or other project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement from operational teams to C-level executives.
• Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
