The Park Cafe Group currently has open positions for GENERAL MANAGERS in Oakland and San Francisco. The ideal candidates will handle day-to-day operations of the store, will have the ability to successfully lead a full staff, will play a proactive role in growing the business and will bring an upbeat and positive attitude to the floor. • Motivate and coach FOH team members to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Ensure managers and staff are in compliance with company policies/procedures and federal/state/local laws
• A strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast and manage COGs and labor costs
• Daily/Weekly/Period End Inventory
• Oversee payroll, scheduling and labor management
• Conduct regular performance evaluations providing a positive critical assessment
• Nurture and uphold an encouraging, fun, family-like work environment
• Ensure that we are providing an exceptional dining experience through extensive daily quality control checks
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance per Health Department rules and regulations
• Maintain a great customer service environment at all times

• Full open availability
• Food Handler's Card
• General Management experience of at least three years
• Ability to train, coach and lead a staff of 10+
