About The Role Shape the future of AI with Node.js! As an AI Tutor - Node.js , you will leverage your backend development skills to enhance AI-generated code, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and asynchronous programming standards. Your Day-to-Day Review Node.js code for correctness, efficiency, and proper asynchronous logic. Address server-side development challenges using Node.js and communicate your process clearly. Identify and fix issues in AI output or application logic. Summarize your approach and decisions in a clear and concise manner. About You Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Node.js, including event-driven architecture, async/await, Express.js, error handling, and package management. 3–5 years of backend Node.js development experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; Master's or PhD is a plus. Deep interest in AI, scalable backend systems, or full-stack JavaScript development. Alignerr is committed to pay parity and transparent compensation discussions. The hourly rate for US-based candidates ranges from $15 to $150 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location. Compensation may vary internationally.
