The role is based in Manhattan (New York). Responsibilities: Support daily Salesforce operations, including handling user requests and resolving tickets Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth platform usage Assist in designing and improving Salesforce architecture to meet business needs Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions Configure Salesforce features such as flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards Manage user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Maintain and manage sandbox environments for testing and deployments Collaborate with teams using integrated platforms and tools Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements Provide user training and communicate platform updates as needed Requirements: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience Financial services or tech baackground is preferred Agentforce, HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau (big plus, not required) BA strongly preferred The annual base salary range is $120k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
