*Job Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

*Duties*
* Deliver patient care with a focus on comfort and well-being.
* Conduct physical examinations and monitor vital signs.
* Practice infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients.
* Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, PCC
* Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
* Administers medications and treatments
* Participates in the care planning process
* Supervises Nursing Assistants, oversees ADLs and documentation
* Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
* Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
* Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
* Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
* Other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications*
* Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina.
* Strong skills in patient care, including catheterization and medication administration.
* Knowledge of acute pain management techniques and infection control protocols.
* Ability to perform physical examinations and manage airway issues effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for effective health coaching and patient interaction.
* Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality nursing care.
* Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
