Remote | Contract (1099) | Potential to convert to full-time salaried

We’re a boutique recruiting firm based in Rocky River, focused on placing Tax & Accounting professionals. Our clients are primarily $1B+ companies.

We’re growing and looking for someone to help us deliver top-tier candidates, and acquire new company clients. Focused, high-impact, professional recruiting exposure.

What You’ll Do
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and email
• Electronic outreach to new potential company clients
• Arrange candidate interviews for leadership
• Arrange client meetings for leadership
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Research to identify new candidates for searches
• Research to identify new company clients
• Support the founders (who handle client relationships, closing, vendor management)
• Assist with marketing initiatives (primarily via LinkedIn)
• Keep our ATS clean and up-to-date

What You Won’t Do
✘ Cold calls
✘ Fee negotiation
✘ Manage client-side logistics

You Might Be a Fit If
• You’ve got 1+ years of recruiting industry experience (agency or in-house)
• You love the idea of helping people manage their careers and want to get really good at it
• You write well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• You’re open to a contract role with growth potential

Compensation
• Hourly pay to start
• Type: 1099 contract (no benefits)
• Goal: Convert to a full-time, salaried role with long-term upside
