Dynamic Visual Solutions is a leading manufacturer and provider of large-scale LED Video Wall Displays and intelligent stage lighting products, serving a wide range of entertainment and commercial AV market applications throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The DVS Group of brands is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Manager to manage the company’s purchases for inventory and special projects. The position will be responsible for overseeing all company purchases and logistics while managing various stages in the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and proactive communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and delivery in a deadline-driven environment.

Purchasing Responsibilities:

• Create and submit purchase orders to approved vendors and suppliers for warehouse inventory and special orders for individual projects.
• Match vendor invoices to POs for accuracy. Resolve any discrepancies with vendors or external departments prior to submitting for payment.
• Submit approved invoices to Accounts Payable for timely payment and processing of POs.
• Proactively check status of open POs to ensure on-time ready dates. Notify sales and operations staff of any delays or updates in timelines and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure the accurate processing of incoming shipments. Ensure incoming shipments are received and match the PO.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for inventory management and reorder points to avoid stockouts. Set minimum inventory levels based on lead times and availability.
• Coordinate regular inventory cycle counts and physical inventories with warehouse personnel.

Logistical Responsibilities:

• Track all inbound shipments from vendors and logistics.
• Verify receipt of customer payments to release for shipment.
• Communicate with sales and operations departments on status and ETA’s of shipments with updates to internal systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse on fulfillment and outbound shipping procedures.
• File and track any claims with vendors or carriers.
• Assist with customs processing and export formalities.
• Coordinate shipments for special events, customer demos, and RMAs.

Requirements & Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Purchasing or Procurement
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management with ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple projects and locations.
• Strong understanding of shipping incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex SKUs and model numbers.
• Proven track record in inventory management.
• Strong understanding of shipping carriers and logistics management platforms.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ERP Systems
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize and execute in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Higher
• Previous Experience in an electronics manufacturer or relevant industry environment
• NetSuite Experience
