Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the community and enhancing resident experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's mission.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: New Brighton, MN

Pay Range: $22.60/hour - $29.81/hour, plus bonus potential

Shift: M - F; 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Position Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term)

What's the Job?

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests, and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships.
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Ensure timely collection of all rent and fees, including following up with specific residents on late payments.
• Manage an established property budget, maximizing the community’s profitability while adhering to allocated amounts.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events to foster community engagement.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in management, preferably in property management or mobile home property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods.
• Experience managing a successful team and vendor relationships.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Computer proficiency, including using the internet and Microsoft programs.
