Chapel of Faith (Sundance, WY) – Pastor

Chapel of Faith in Sundance, Wyoming ( is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as our pastor. As the spiritual leader of our congregation, the pastor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ministry, providing pastoral care, and facilitating leading worship services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the congregation
  
• Plan and lead worship services, including preaching sermons and leading prayers
  
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to members of the congregation
  
• Oversee all ministries and programs of the church
  
• Work with the church leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and outreach
  
• Serve as a representative of the church in the community and build relationships with other churches and community organizations
  
• Lead and mentor other staff members and volunteers
  
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the church along with the church board

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  
• A passion for serving others and building a strong and vibrant faith community
  
• Dedication to ongoing personal and spiritual growth, with a willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities
