Shabby Fabrics is an online retailer located in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho. Founded in 2005, Shabby Fabrics has become a leader in the quilting industry internationally through innovative design, original art, and cutting-edge technology. As we continue our impressive growth trend, we are seeking a full-time Order Assembly Associate to join our team.
Duties / Responsibilities
· Cut fabrics accurately for kits and orders
· Fold fabrics per specifications and assemble kits
· Assemble patterns and thread sets
· Securely package items to prepare shipments
· Perform inventory counts, re-stock shelves, manage backstock
· Pick and prepare e-commerce orders
· Contribute to special projects as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
· Reliable and punctual
· Excellent attention to detail
· Solid understanding of basic arithmetic; ability to work with yards and inches
· Good communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Commitment to quality work and products
· Must be a self-starter / motivated with minimal supervision
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
· Must be able to distinguish between colors
· Lift up to 50 pounds
