The Opportunity

As a Mobility Coach at CFUF, you’ll play a key role in transforming lives and building stronger communities. You'll provide long-term, intensive, and person-centered coaching across our core programs—Economic Success, Baltimore Responsible Fatherhood, Baltimore 2Gen, and BCAAN—to support individuals and families on a 5-year journey toward lasting social and economic mobility.

What to Expect from This Opportunity

• Provide long-term, strength-based coaching using the EMPath model and All-In philosophies.
• Build trusted 1:1 relationships with members to support goal setting in education, housing, career, and personal growth.
• Guide members through personalized plans to remove barriers and build financial stability, emotional well-being, and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to connect members to wraparound services—from mental health and substance use counseling to job training and expungement.
• Track progress, maintain real-time case notes, and engage in team case conferencing to ensure effective care coordination.
• Use creative, research-based methods to deliver coaching: role-playing, simulations, tool-building, group discussions, and more.
• Drive community outreach and represent CFUF in neighborhood events and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Active LBSW, LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in case management, coaching, or family support.

• Strong tech fluency: Microsoft Office, case management platforms, and database systems.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM—this position offers one day of remote work per week
