OCCU is hiring for a Member Contact Center Digital Support Specialist. This role involves delivering solutions and resolving member inquiries through various channels within the organization, including the branch network, Member Contact Center, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of OCCU's products, processes, and services, alongside strong technological proficiency. The Digital Support Specialist collaborates with key business units to assess, enhance, and address member needs while serving as a vital contact point for online and mobile support.
Applicants must have at least two years of related experience, knowledge of Internet browsers, mobile device navigation, cache, cookies, and troubleshooting. Experience with Quicken, QuickBooks, and online banking is required. Proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with online security are also necessary.
