Job Description

Title- Lead Data Engineer Location-100% remote Duration-12 month Contract to Hire

MUST HAVES

(60 tech ability/40 soft skills) Snowflake shop Snowflake Certified is a big plus (SnowPro) ETL processes Strong understanding of healthcare Data Standards is a plus (HL7, FHIR) Strong understanding of EMR / EHR system integration (Athena, Mirth, etc) Data migration modern data engineering practices, etc. opentable formats like datalake and iceberg Exposed to databricks pipeline Data mesh exposure Must see the Data frameworks they have worked with in the resume Exposure to delta lake, data mesh approaches, iceberg tables and exposure to databricks pipelines. Feedback from interview: Too tech side - too deep of a keyboard only engineer won't represent well to the stakeholders. He needs to have some level of the non-technical ability to speak Need to close this one by this week - Data Engineer Snowflake Had the right technical skills but this needs to be a lead so they need to communicate with the stakeholders and the team Key stakeholder would be something from Product RIT Solutions, Inc.
