Job Description

Position Overview:

OnePlus USA is looking for a part-time Junior Creative Designer to support the Marketing team in the development and execution of visual assets for key business initiatives. The Junior Creative Designer will play an integral role in assisting with marketing campaigns, product launches, and the creation of digital assets for use across social media, the website, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Design for Campaigns and Product Launches

• Assist in developing visual content for seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches, including assets for the website, emails, and paid ad creatives.
• Contribute to concept brainstorming sessions and apply feedback to refine creative outputs.

Social Media Content Creation

• Design visually engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including carousels, stories, reels covers, and static posts.
• Support video production needs with thumbnails, overlays, and motion graphic elements (if applicable).

Creative Research & Inspiration

• Stay informed of design trends and visuals to contribute ideas that help keep the brand visually current and competitive.
• Present visual inspiration or quick mockups during planning phases.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, must have previous graphic design experience and will be required to provide a portfolio of work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion for marketing, digital trends, and consumer tech.

The US base salary range for this part time position is $25-$40/hour, Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
