4. Responsible for the construction of talent echelon of Germany HEYER team to ensure the implementation of talent strategy;
5. According to the overall training and training framework of the company, responsible for the training and cultivation of German HEYER talents, talent transfer, talent promotion, talent transfer, etc.;
