About the role
We are currently seeking a Director or People with start-up experience to execute on our leadership team’s vision for HqO in the form of People policies and practices. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Director of People will manage the department’s People Operations Partner and external recruiting partners. They will have extensive experience as a Business Partner, and the skills to handle a variety of employee relations situations thoughtfully and confidently. This is a hybrid role which requires in-office work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, while working from home on Monday and Friday.
