Dental Practice Manager Full-Time | Portsmouth & Somersworth, NH Greater Seacoast Community Health Make a meaningful difference in your community. Greater Seacoast Community Health is seeking a Dental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental program and supervise our front-office dental team at Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth, NH, and Families First Health & Support Center in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities Supervise dental front desk staff and support scheduling for emergency and complex cases Manage dental supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor billing Assist in annual budgeting and track quality improvement metrics Address and follow up on patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Coordinate training for dental staff and support ongoing provider education Collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer and other departments to ensure seamless operations Promote a safe, clean, patient-friendly environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred Dental experience preferred-will train the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment Work Location(s): Goodwin Community Health, Somersworth, NH Families First Health & Support Center, Portsmouth, NH Job Status: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Full Time (Non-Exempt) Hourly rate begins at $32.00, with consideration for additional compensation based on relevant experience Eligible for Benefits Benefits Health, dental, life, and disability insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Generous PTO and paid holidays Training and professional development opportunities A meaningful role improving lives across the Seacoast About Us Greater Seacoast Community Health is a network of community health centers providing primary care, pediatrics, dental care, prenatal care, behavioral health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, mobile health services, the WIC nutrition program, social work services, a pharmacy, parenting classes, playgroups, and home visiting.
