🏢 About the Role:

In this onsite office-based position , you’ll be part of a global industry leader in financial administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings for clients nationwide and offshore, working with multiple systems to pull, verify, and organize complex data.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file corporate paperwork (e.g., entity formations, amendments, governance updates) across various U.S. jurisdictions
• Perform detailed jurisdictional research and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with compliance teams and clients to gather and process required data
• Navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve and organize filing information
• Deliver accurate documentation to clients, agencies, and internal teams

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have strong computer skills and be comfortable switching between multiple databases and systems
• Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience with corporate filings or registered agent services a strong plus
• High school diploma or GED required
