Contracts Administrator – Position Summary
Responsible for administering customer contracts and delivering high-quality customer service. Key duties include reviewing and processing customer orders, handling RFQs/RFPs, preparing quotes, and ensuring contract compliance. Acts as the main point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating with internal teams to meet contractual obligations and support on-time delivery. Monitors customer portals and performance metrics, supports billing resolution, and conducts regular orderbook reviews. Must work independently with strong attention to detail. Full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday).
