The Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities and Operations serves as a key member of the athletic department senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational decision-making. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of athletic facilities, operations, and equipment. It involves coordinating and supervising part-time employees and student workers to ensure the smooth execution of all athletic events and activities. This role requires a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
