**Location:** Onboard a luxury cruise ship (global travel)

**Start Date:** End of May

**Compensation:** Base salary, high levels of commission, world travel, and achievable sales goals. No cap on commission.**Key Responsibilities (Art Director/Auctioneer):**

- Be willing to work on a cruise-ship for 2-3 months at a time.

- Luxury sales or art sales experience.

- Full training provided.

- Officers cabin provided (single person cabin)

- Oversee the curation and presentation of art exhibitions on board

- Manage and direct the artistic vision and strategy for onboard galleries.

- Collaborate with cruise line management to plan and execute art events and auctions.

- Lead and mentor the gallery team to ensure high standards of service and presentation.

- Conduct art auctions (full training provided)

- Develop and maintain relationships throughout the cruise with clients.

- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of art pieces throughout the ship.

- Ensure all exhibitions and events comply with safety and maritime regulations.

- Innovate and implement creative concepts to enhance guest experience.

- Be willing to be social, have dinners with top clients, and go on excursions to build

rapport with passengers.

- One-on-one sales, high-end sales closer.

- Deliver art enrichment seminars (training and material provided).**Key Responsibilities (Gallery Director):**

- Full training provided.

- Be willing to work on a cruise-ship for 2-3 months at a time.

- Luxury sales or art sales experience.

- Willingness to share a cabin with one more person.

- Oversee daily operations of the onboard art gallery.

- Organize and execute art auctions and sales events.

- Maintain inventory, cataloging, and proper documentation of all artworks.

- Train and supervise gallery staff and art associates.

- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to promote art appreciation.

- Coordinate with the Art Director on curatorial decisions and event planning.

- Develop marketing strategies to increase gallery visibility and sales.

- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and sales transactions.

- Ensure the gallery meets all regulatory and company standards.

- Foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guest participation

and purchases.

- Be willing to be social, have dinners with top clients, and go on excursions to build

rapport with passengers.

- Assist with the Art Auctions.

- One-on-one Sales.

- Provide information and support to guests about the artworks and artists.

- Assist with art sales, auctions, and related administrative tasks.

- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and educational environment.

- Assist in the cataloging, inventory management, and sales records.

- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gallery space.

- Support the Gallery Director and Art Director in various tasks as needed.

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

- Ensure all art pieces are handled with care and in accordance with safety protocols.

- Assist with the Art Auctions.

- One-on-one sales.

Compensation:

- Free room & board (food & accommodation provided)

- High commission structure (uncapped) with base salary.
